Digital Transition Action Plan

As Head of IT at the Associação Académica de Coimbra, I co-authored the PATD 2023 to 2030: the infrastructure and digitalisation strategy for an association of more than 30,000 members.

The problem

The association's digital infrastructure had grown piece by piece. It needed a coherent long-term plan that a volunteer-run organisation could actually follow.

The approach

The plan sets out five intervention axes, ten strategic objectives and a five-phase rollout, benchmarked against roughly 30 national and international frameworks, from Portugal's AMA to the OECD.

Results
